In April 2007, Ofcom introduced broadcasting restrictions to reduce significantly the exposure of children to television advertising of foods high in fat, salt and sugar (HFSS). Also from August 2022 Amazon required all foods and drinks sold on their platform to be classified as Healthy/Unhealthy using the same rules.
